Deepak Foundation, in partnership with the Department of Health and Family Welfare, the Government of Gujarat has been providing services through its Help Desk at S.S.G. Hospital since 2006. The 24×7 Help Desk unit provides care and support services to those seeking OPDs or are referred in critical cases at the government health facilities. Most of these patients are poor and cannot afford to seek services from private health facilities. The Help Desks at OPD, Emergency, Maternal and Oncology departments have been providing services to more than Sixty Thousand beneficiaries annually and offering support for Rogi Kalyan Samiti approval, Ayushman Bharat Health Account Registration. Help- Desk team assist with navigating the hospital’s complex system, ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient services. Along with Help desk Deepak Foundation also operated Medical Buggies to provide free of cost transport services within the campus of SSG Hospital.
