Founded in 1982, Deepak Medical Foundation (DMF) Hospital was established to provide quality healthcare to communities around the Nandesari Industrial Area, serving industrial workers, their families, and residents of nearby villages. Beginning as a mother and child clinic, it has grown into a 36-bedded multi-specialty hospital, recognized by the Government of Gujarat for offering services under schemes like the Janani Shishu Suraksha Karyakram (JSSK).

The hospital is staffed with experienced medical professionals, including surgeons, gynecologists, pediatricians, dentists, and ophthalmologists. It features a fully equipped diagnostic and pharmacy centre and an Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre (ICTC) in partnership with the Gujarat State AIDS Control Society (GSACS). DMF provides affordable outpatient and inpatient care, ensuring access to healthcare for vulnerable populations.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, DMF quickly adapted to serve the community by transforming into a dedicated COVID Care Centre, offering oxygen support, ventilators, and comprehensive treatment. The hospital successfully extended critical care to patients from Nandesari and neighboring cities, including Anand and Bodeli.
